Keys To Revival!
The hindrance to revival does not reflect God's unwillingness to send revival, but the unwillingness of God's people to repent, pray and seek the Lord.
The first key to revival in the hearts of God's people must be to take the Scriptures seriously. We have strayed from the authority of the Word of God over our lives. Scriptural authority is waning in the church today. What God says do, we must do! What God says not do, we must not do it!
The second key to revival is to take our sin seriously. God takes sin seriously. He hates sin. He must judge sin. Sin always brings with it consequences. It causes the believer to lose the power of their testimony. Sin is a way that culture is seeking to change us, rather than as God's people changing the culture.
The third key to revival is taking our Sovereign seriously. When we get a correct view of who God is and what He desires to do and yield to His will in our lives - God will be able to do His work. Many today view God as a "holy grandfather" in heaven to answer our every whim. But God is God alone! He is Lord! Surrender all to Him today!
